Christmas and Hanukkah are behind us and that means it is time to look forward to the new year! What are you going to change or fix this year? Need a little help figuring it out? Well, here are 5 of our favorite ideas for your resolutions.

1. Set aside an-hour-a-day to achieve your goals

We tell ourselves far to often that we just don’t have enough time, when in reality we have more than enough if we use it the right way. If your goal is to make more money, lose weight, or make an impact on this world, all of this can be accomplished if you give yourself just one hour a day to do it!

So, try to devote an hour a day to your goals and see what those 365 hours can help you accomplish.

2. Learn something new each day

There are 365 days in a year, so what would life be like if you learned something every day? If you set a goal to learn something each day you will have a better understanding of the world and how it works. With the internet today this is something that is fairly easy to do. With one Google search of a couple words you can find something awesome to learn about!

Now go out there and start learning!

3. Pick up a hobby

Sometimes the worst thing in life can be spare time when it is not used the right way. Sometimes we use spare time to do things we shouldn’t or don’t need to like eating, or working when that time could have a much better purpose. Learning a hobby can make you feel more accomplished, it can create more creativity, and it can help with general boredom.

Find something you want to learn and go do it!

4. Create a positive attitude

We can find ourselves being too negative or down from time to time. Did you know that this can affect more than just your attitude? It can affect your work ethic, drive, and happiness. By practicing a positive attitude you can shape a mind-set that will help you thrive!

5. Become more confident

Confidence is key. Most people have heard this, but few listen. Your confidence can shape you as a person and how you carry yourself. This can be good or bad depending on your confidence level. This year focus on making yourself more confident and see what else gets better in the process!
